Ingredients

  • Ginger 100g
  • Turmeric 25g
  • Water 2Cups(120ml)
  • Honey 1Cup
  • Jaggary 1 tbsp
  • Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
  • Mint Leaves 10-12 leaves
  • Ice Cubes 6-7pcs
  • Liquid Soda as required
  • Lemon ring slice 4-5pcs
  • Crushed cloves 1 tsp
  • Spice mix(Cinnamon,black pepper,cardamom pow as required

Instructions

  • Take roughly chopped ginger & Turmeric in a pan
  • Add water, honey, and Jaggary
  • Boil for approx. 10minutes or until it became reduced and thick
  • Stain this in a bowl
  • Allow cooling at room temperature
  • In a Jar, add muddled pudina leaves, Ice Cubes, Lemon juice, lemon ring slice, and spice mix powder
  • Pour liquid chilled soda
  • Stir by a spoon
  • Garnish with lemon & pudina
  • Serve in cute 3 little glass, with smile
