Ingredients

  • Dates 6
  • Roasted almonds 10
  • Roasted jowar flakes 2 tbspn
  • Walnuts 10
  • Tofu 30 gram
  • Roasted makhana
  • Cocoa 1/4spn
  • Palm jaggery 3tbspn
  • Plant based milk/water 2tbspn

Instructions

  • Grind all dryfruits along with jowarflakes and add to choice if Mould and refrigerated untill next layer prepared
  • Now grind tofu, cocoa powder, roasted makhana into smooth paste.
  • In a pan add choice of plant based milk or water and add the above paste of tofu and keep stirring untill raw smell goes off of tofu. Add choice of sweetner. Have added palm jaggery.
  • Now our sondesh is ready. Add this sondesh layer onto the Millet dryfruit base. And refrigerated fir min 4 hours. Demould and serve.

Notes/Tips

Have used jowar flakes for crunch along with dryfruits instead of unhealthy cracker layer or biscuit layer. Tofu instead of paneer to make my cake more healthier.
