- Grind all dryfruits along with jowarflakes and add to choice if Mould and refrigerated untill next layer prepared
- Now grind tofu, cocoa powder, roasted makhana into smooth paste.
- In a pan add choice of plant based milk or water and add the above paste of tofu and keep stirring untill raw smell goes off of tofu. Add choice of sweetner. Have added palm jaggery.
- Now our sondesh is ready. Add this sondesh layer onto the Millet dryfruit base. And refrigerated fir min 4 hours. Demould and serve.
