- Soak whole wheat grains for half an hour
- Drain and pound the grains to remove husk
- Roast the whole wheat grains in 2 tbsp Ghee till raw smell Disappears
- Add 6 cups of water and cook for 6 whistles
- In the same pan, add jaggery and boil for 2 -3 mins
- Add 1/4 ghee , Cardamom powder and edible camphor To the pan
- Serve the dish
