Ingredients

  • Rolled Oats 6 Cups
  • Coconut 1 Cup
  • Sunflower Seeds 1/2 cup
  • Almonds 1/2 cup
  • Flaxseeds 1/4 cup
  • Sesame seeds 1/4 cup
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Ground Cinnamon 1 pinch
  • Coconut Oil 1/4 Cup
  • Honey 1/4 Cup
  • Dried Cranberries 1 Cup

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180*C. In a large bowl, add all the ingredients except oil, honey and cranberries and combine well.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the oil and honey and heat on low for 30 seconds until the mixture is warm and combines easily. Add the honey and oil mixture to the dry ingredients and mix everything together with your hands until well combined.
  • Spread the granola onto the baking tray and bake it, stirring frequently until the granola is toasted and golden, about an hour or so. Remove it from the oven and transfer the granola to a large bowl. Add the cranberries and toss to combine.
  • Cool the granola completely and store it in an airtight container.
