  • Green tea 2 packets
  • Raw mangoes 2-3 nos.
  • Mint leaves ½ cup
  • Salt A pinch
  • Honey 5 tbsp
  • Black salt ½ tsp
  • Cumin powder ½ tsp
  • Lemon Half

Instructions

  • First, soak green tea bags in 4 glasses of water for 30 minutes.
  • Then, steam raw mangoes for 15 minutes. Put them in cold water after steaming and remove its pulp.
  • Next, blend this pulp along with mint leaves, a pinch of salt, water and ice cubes into a smooth paste.
  • After that, take a bowl and add ice cubes, blended mango pulp, honey, black salt, cumin powder, juice of half lemon and green tea water.
  • Now, take a glass and rub lemon onto its rim and dip it in salt and red chilli powder mixture.
  • Finally, pour green tea aam panna into this glass and garnish it with mint leaves and lemon wedges.

Notes/Tips

Notes/Tips 1. You can use powdered sugar in place of honey. 2. If you want, you can add 1 tsp of amchur powder as well. 3. Adjust the sweetness or sourness by adding honey or lemon juice according to your taste.
