- Whip the Cream & Sugar together
- In a Blender, blend one Guava & Milk.
- Finely chop half guava.
- Add the Guava paste to beaten Cream.
- Mix in Red Chilli, Salt & Colour.
- Freeze for 6 hrs.
- Place Cold Slab just above Ice-Cubes.
- Spread Ice-Cream on it & Cut sections.
- Roll it with help of Tongs.
- Garnish with Caramel Sauce n Fresh Cream.
