Ingredients

  • Ripe Guava 4 medium
  • ice cubes 7-10
  • mint leaves 10
  • Sugar 1 table spoon
  • green chilli 1 medium
  • lemon juice juice of half lemon
  • chat powder 1 tsp
  • black salt 1 Tsp
  • salt 1 tsp
  • chilli powder 1 tsp

Instructions

  • Prepare Punch: Cut the ripe guavas (green or red) into small pieces and put them Into the mixer jar along with ice cubes, mint leaves, sugar, green chilli, chat powder and black salt. Mix it to a fine paste. Add water if required, but not too much.
  • Plating: In a plate, mix some red chilli powder and salt and spread it.Take the serving glasses and dip the edge of the glass into the Lemon juice and then run it on the powder. Your glass should Look as shown in the adjacent picture.
  • Ready to serve: Now pour the Guava paste into the glass carefully not to disturb The laced edges. Garnish it with mint leaves/lemon slice/guava Slice. Guava Punch is ready to serve.

Notes/Tips

Notes/Tips: Do not add too much water to the Guava punch.
