Gujia - no sugar no frying

Ingredients

  • Khoya 250 gms
  • Rawa 50 gms
  • Mix nuts 1/2 cup
  • Raisins 20 piece
  • Dates 10
  • Saffron 1 pinch
  • Cardamom 1/2 teaspoon
  • Maida 250 gms
  • Ghee 1tsp + for brushing
  • Ice cold water for dough

Instructions

  • Raost khoya and rawa until light brown and mix all stuffing ingredients
  • Mix 1 tsp ghee to maida and make a soft dough using chilled water
  • Roll the dough in small rolls and fill in the stuffing using moulds .
  • Preaheat airfryer / oven at 180C . Cook the gujia for 20 min .brush with ghee and enjoy .

Notes/Tips

After cooling store in airtight box . Gujia can be stored for 7-8 days .
