- Raost khoya and rawa until light brown and mix all stuffing ingredients
- Mix 1 tsp ghee to maida and make a soft dough using chilled water
- Roll the dough in small rolls and fill in the stuffing using moulds .
- Preaheat airfryer / oven at 180C . Cook the gujia for 20 min .brush with ghee and enjoy .
