- making dough: take a bowl add maida with oil and salt mix it well then add little hot water and make a soft dough.then put it for rest upto 30 min
- making stuffing: heat the pan and add suji fry it for2 min without oil.change suji in bowl.again heat pan and put ghee then fry gond for 1 min then fry almond and kashue for 2 min.crush the hond and almond and kashue. then mix all things in suji .
- finishing the stuffing: add crushed sugar with mixed indigrients in suji.
- making gujiya: now make a small roll of dough. roll it into small size like puri then put stuffing into it and close its corner with water properly you can use its machine also . stuff all gujiyas by this process.
- frying: heat oil into a pan then fry all gujiyas that we make. fry it till golden brown colour comes.
- serve it into a plate. try it one time. on holi give to your guest
