  • Heavy whipped cream 1+1/4 cup
  • Milk 1+1/4 cup
  • Sugar 1/4 cup
  • Milk powder 1/4 cup
  • Cornflour 1/2 tbsp
  • Milkmaid 1/4 cup
  • Salt Pinch
  • Gulkand 3 tbsp
  • Rose water/rose essence 1/2 tsp
  • Dried/fresh rose petals Some
  • Chopped pistachoes Some
  • Pink color 2-3 Drops

Instructions

  • For vanilla base- 1. Mix milk,sugar,milk powder,cornflour,Salt and boil it. 2. Once it gets cool down, add milkmaid. 3. Whip the heavy cream 4. Now add both the mixture carefully.
  • So, now our vanilla base is ready, you can use this base for any flavour. Here, we are making gulabri gulkand icecream To the base, add- • 3 tbsp gulkand • 1/2 tsp rose water/rose essence • 2-3 drops pink colour • fresh rose petals
  • Pour the mixture on container. Sprinkle over pistachoes and dried/fresh rose petals. Now let it set for good 7-8 hours. Enjoy❤
