  • Rice 1 1/2 cup
  • Toor daal 1/2 cup
  • Urad dal 3/4 cup
  • Chana dal 3/4 cup
  • Green chillies 4-5 units
  • Ginger 1 units
  • Wheat flour with oil 1/2 cup
  • Jaggery 2 tablespoons
  • Achar masala 1 tablespoons
  • Lemon 1 tablespoons
  • Curd 1/2 cup
  • Bottle guord 1 cup
  • Hing 1 pinch
  • Turmeric 1/2 teaspoons
  • Red chilli powder 2 teaspoons
  • Coriander powder 2 tablespoons
  • Soda powder 1/2 teaspoons
  • Curry leaves 5-6 units
  • Mustard seeds 1/2 teaspoons
  • Sesame seeds 1/2 teaspoons
  • Salt as per taste

Instructions

  • First wash all pulses and rice and soak for 4-5 hours.
  • Take lentils and rice to in mixture bowl. While grinding, add ginger, chilli and garlic.
  • Now take this mixture in a bowl and add wheat flour and all the spices and yogurt and let it soak for 4-5 hours.
  • Before making the waffle, add 1 tablespoon of hot oil, soda and lemon ful to the batter.
  • Heat the waffle machine a little first and apply the oil and now put the batter in it for 4-5 minutes.
  • Once the waffle is done, do tadka and pour it on Handa Waffle now take waffle on serving plate and serve hot with a green chutney or tomato catchup.
