- First wash all pulses and rice and soak for 4-5 hours.
- Take lentils and rice to in mixture bowl. While grinding, add ginger, chilli and garlic.
- Now take this mixture in a bowl and add wheat flour and all the spices and yogurt and let it soak for 4-5 hours.
- Before making the waffle, add 1 tablespoon of hot oil, soda and lemon ful to the batter.
- Heat the waffle machine a little first and apply the oil and now put the batter in it for 4-5 minutes.
- Once the waffle is done, do tadka and pour it on Handa Waffle now take waffle on serving plate and serve hot with a green chutney or tomato catchup.
