Ingredients

  • Powdered oats 1 cup
  • Jaggery Powder 1/2 cup
  • Ghee 1/4 cup
  • Wheat Flour 2 Tbsp
  • Cinamon powder 1.5 Tsp
  • Lime juice 1 Tbsp
  • Salt A pinch
  • Apple cubes 2 cup

Instructions

  • Mix Jaggery Powder and Ghee in a bowl.Once mixed add oats, wheat flour,salt and Cinamon powder to this. Mix properly to get a crumbly mixture.
  • Take apple cubes in a bowl and add cinamon powder and lime juice and give it a good stir.
  • Arrange the apples in a greased baking tray. Top the apples with the crumble mixture and bake in an oven at 180° C for 30 min.
  • Serve warm as is or with a dollop of vanilla ice cream

Baking time may vary basis the oven temperature.
