  • Oat Flour 1 cup
  • Whole Wheat Flour 2 cup
  • Honey 2/3 cup
  • Unsalted butter
  • Refined oil 1/4 cup
  • Baking soda 1 teaspoon
  • Baking powder 1/2teaspoon
  • Toasted Almonds 1/2 cup
  • Pineapple juice 2 tablespoon
  • Elaichi powder 1 /2 teaspoon

Instructions

  • Take a blender jar, add toasted almonds and grind to make a coarse powder. Transfer the almond powder to a large bowl. Add whole wheat flour, oat flour, salt, baking powder Baking soda the bowl and mix the ingredients well. Keep aside.
  • Combine oil, butter and honey in a small bowl and stir to mix the mixture well When the mixture is Smooth, add Pineapple juice And beat the mixture till well combined.
  • Knead the mixture gently till a smooth cookie dough is formed. Place the cookie dough in the refrigerator for some time. Meanwhile preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius and place a baking sheet in a baking tray.
  • Using two small spoons, dollop mix onto cookie sheets. Bake until golden brown around the edges, about 15 minutes. Cool the cookies on a wire rack. Save in a storage container to take to the picnic.
