- Pre heat oven to 180 degrees.
- Add all the dry ingredients to a bowl, mix well. Separate the eggs. Add the condensed milk, water,1 tbs of rose water, egg yolks and oil.
- Whisk the eggs. Fold the egg white into the mixture- Spoon into a greased cake pan or a cake mould.
- Sprinkle the top with the pista and rose petals. Bake for 25-30 mins. Once baked, remover and sprinkle the top of the cake with the remaining rose water. Allow to cool - slice and enjoy!!
