Ingredients

  • Masoor daal 1 cup
  • Multigrain oats 1 cup
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Hing/Asafoetida Pinch
  • Roasted Cumin powder 1 Tsp
  • Multigrain Paratha Sheets (Cooked) 10 pcs
  • Grated cheese 3 cups
  • Black chana 1 cup
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Ghee 4 tsps
  • Rice 1 cup

Instructions

  • Method for khichdi : Take masoor dal & Rice (soak in water)
  • Half cook it with salt, turmeric powder, hing, cumin powder for 10mins
  • Then add multigrain oats and fully cook it for 5 mins
  • Method of Lasagna : Take paratha sheets As a layer and apply cooked khichdi and apply ghee
  • Spread the black boiled chana over And again add layer of paratha sheets Repeat the process 2 times and then apply grated cheese (Make sure the Vessel is greased before You start layering)
  • Put the Layered spread in oven for 15mins (200degrees) Then demould it and Graniah with papad
