- Method for khichdi : Take masoor dal & Rice (soak in water)
- Half cook it with salt, turmeric powder, hing, cumin powder for 10mins
- Then add multigrain oats and fully cook it for 5 mins
- Method of Lasagna : Take paratha sheets As a layer and apply cooked khichdi and apply ghee
- Spread the black boiled chana over And again add layer of paratha sheets Repeat the process 2 times and then apply grated cheese (Make sure the Vessel is greased before You start layering)
- Put the Layered spread in oven for 15mins (200degrees) Then demould it and Graniah with papad
