  • Milk 1 Glass
  • Almonds 5 to 6
  • Sesame seeds 2 spoons
  • Fox Nut 3 Spoons
  • Anise 2 Spoons
  • Badam rogan shirin 1 Spoon
  • Saffron 2-3 strands
  • Chia Seeds 1 spoon

Instructions

  • Steep 2-3 strands of saffron in a cup of warm milk for about 5 to 10 minutes
  • Put almonds ,sesame seeds, Foxnut, Anise, Badam Rogan shirin, Chia seeds in Milk Let them soak for 5 to 10 minutes
  • Serve it
