- Mix milkmaid, oil in a bowl and then keep on stirring on a bowl and add flour baking powder, baking soda and sieve.
- Mix them all ingredients and mix milk little by little and add vanilla essence. Now take batter in 3 equal parts and mix 3 juices.
- Now grease all the three cake tins with oil and dust with the flour.
- Now preheat microwave convection mode 180° for 10 min and bake it with 30-35 min. All the cake bake it one by one.
- Let the cake cool after baking.
- To make chocolate ganache put cream, milkmaid, cocoa powder in a pan and cook till it thickens. Now
- Now to make chocolate syrup add cream, milkmaid , dark chocolate,butter add to the pan and make a syrup.
- Boil the frozen peas and cool them.
- Now melt thr chocolate, wrap with the spinach leaves, in the chocolate and place them on bubble sheet similarly roll the peas in the chocolate and place them on a sheet and cool down.
- For sugar syrup make a solution by adding sugar and water in a bowl. Stirr it.
- First put the sugar syrup and chocolate ganache on the top of Bottle gourd cake, then take beetroot cake put sugar syrup and ganache on it and take spinach cake put sugar syrup and ganache on it.
- Now cover the cake with ganache and decorate with ganache.
- Now make the chocolate spinach leaves and peas color with golden dust and garnish on the cake.
