  • Almonds 100 g
  • Pistachio 50 gr
  • Cashews 100 g
  • Post dana 25 gr
  • Melon seeds 50 gr
  • Milk powder 200 g

Instructions

  • Now take a dryfruits one by one saute in low flame. Remove the pan and cool down.
  • After cool down dryfruits then grind it Half second Because if long time grind dryfruits oil will come out. Do taste are not good. So grind fine powder but grint it of half half seconds.
  • Now powder are ready than add milk powder and mix it properly.
  • Now take a one cup add 2-3 tsp protein powder and add 1 cup of hot milk stir it. Now Our healthy protein milk is Ready to serve. Very tasty and very healthy.
