Ingredients

  • Green bellpepper diced 1 units
  • Red bellpepper diced 1 units
  • Yellow bellpepper diced 1 units
  • Broccoli florests 100 grams
  • Baby corn 5-6 units
  • Cherry tomatoes 6 units
  • Cilantro sprigs 6-8 units
  • Button mushrooms 10 units
  • Diced mushrooms (optional) 1/2 cup
  • Small Lettuce 1 units
  • Shredded purple cabbage 1 units
  • Paneer/tofu 100 grams
  • Chives, chopped 1/4 cup
  • Alfa Alfa sprouts 1/4 cup
  • Pumpkin seeds as per taste
  • Sunflower seeds as per taste
  • Watermelon seeds as per taste

Instructions

  • Spray and heat little oil in a pan.
  • Now add some pumpkin ,sunflower, watermelon seeds and saute them.
  • As soon as the seeds turn golden brown add chopped baby corns and saute them.
  • Now add all the bell peppers and spray little oil again and let them saute for 5 minutes.
  • Now add brocolli florets ,some cherry tomatoes, thai ginger, some cilantro sprigs and mix them well.
  • After 2 minutes add mushroom and mix it well
  • After 2 minutes add diced paneer / tofu and mix it well. 8 Now add some onion ranch sauce and mix it well.
  • Saute/toss all ingredients for 5 minutes
  • Serving • Serve the salad in a bowl or a plate. • Garnish it with cherry tomatoes, cilantro leaves , all seeds,chives and alfa alfa sprouts.
