- Grate beetroot and make puree.
- Take jowar flour in a bowl.
- Mix chopped onion, green chillies, coriander leaves, curd, salt and pureed beetroot.
- Blend everything into thick lump free batter. Keep aside for 10mins. Add more water to adjust the consistency.
- Heat a non-stick pan and drizzle some oil, pour a ladle full of pancake batter.
- Cook on one side and then flip over and cook the other side.
- Serve hot with green chutney.
