Healthy veggies paneer salad

Ingredients

  • Paneer cubed 1cup
  • Grated carrot 1/2cup
  • Finely chopped tomato 1
  • Finely chopped onion 1
  • Cabbage 1cup
  • Green peas 50gms
  • Capsicum finely chopped 1
  • Green onion 1/4 cup
  • Beetroot finely chopped 1/4 cup
  • Cherry tomato 4-5
  • Salt 1tbsp
  • Black paper 1/2tbsp
  • Red chilli (optional ) 1/2tbsp

Instructions

  • Take a large bowl and add carrot, cabbage, capsicum, beetroot, Green peas, tomato and onion and wash it.
  • Chop all veggies After chopping all the veggies, take a bowl add all veggies and mix it well.
  • Then add paneer cubed and cherry tomato and mix it. Sprinkle salt, chat masala, red chili, and black pepper on the salad. Mix well so that the seasoning is evenly mixed.
  • Garnish with some paneer cubed (home made paneer) and spring onion And Serve healthy Paneer Vegetable Salad.

Notes/Tips

I'm using masala home made paneer it's super delicious and if you want then add 1/2 lemon in this salad
