- Take a pressure cooker switch on the stove add 1 Tbsp. of ghee. let the flame be on medium flame add 1 cup of moong dal Fry the dal for 5 mins on medium flame once the dal turns golden brown add water 1:2 ratio cup of water and pressurize it for 3 whistles
- Once the dal is cooked remove the whistle and leave the cooked dal to rest for 5 mins Once its cooled down switch ON the stove add the sugar and stir it for 3 mins sugar gets diluted and add 1/4 cup of water
- the consistency should not be too thick nor too liquid . add 1tsp of cardamom powder add the dried cocnut grated and stir it for 3 mins crush the dry fruits
- for tempering take a sauce pan add 1tbps of ghee add cashews , almonds, walnuts and 1 tbsp of dried cocunut grated and pour it
- take a bowl and serve it with ghee upon it
