Ingredients

  • Healthmix 225 grams
  • Country Sugar 100 grams
  • Cardamom Powder 1 tspoon
  • Ghee 100 grams
  • Salt A Pinch

Instructions

  • Whisk the ghee.And then add country Sugar with cardamom powder.
  • Whisk them well for few minutes.
  • Sieve Health Mix and Salt.
  • Now add them in the mixing bowl (with ghee,country Sugar,cardamom) and make a fine dough Note:Try doing it with your hand , the resultant would be amazing and softer.
  • Pre - Heat a cooker In medium flame for 15 minutes, with some amount of Rock Salt in it.
  • Make small flat balls with dough, place them in the a tray over the butte Paper and Bake them for 45 minutes. Note: I got 30 cookies
  • After 45 minutes gently take those cookies. Put them on a plate and let them cool and serve it with a cup of your favourite drink!!
