Ingredients

  • 2-3 cups of shredded cabbage
  • 2 cups of carrots (shredded)
  • 1-2 tomatoes (diced)
  • 1/2 cup roasted peanuts (coarsely grounded)
  • 2 tsp of freshly squeezed lemon.
  • Handful of cilantro or coriander leaves
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • ●Take a salad bowl and mix the cabbage,tomatoes,carrots and peanuts. ●Now add cilantro/coriander leaves,salt and lemon juice. Mix well. ●Serve as an accompaniment.
