- Take a pressure cooker and add grared carrots and milk.
- Cover the lid and cook till 1 Whistle on medium heat. Open the lid and turn the flame high.
- Add Cream, ghee and sugar to it and let it cook till all the fluid gets absorbed.
- Now take some ghee in a pan and fry alp the dry fruits except raisins and add to the halwa.
- Before finishing add the crumbled khoya to it and gently mix.
- Serve hot and enjoy the winters without much hustle š
