- For patti: Mix wheat flour, maida, corn flour, salt & oil together. Now add a water to make a soft dough. Now by using roller pin, do make a thin chapatti out of it and roast on tawa partially.
- For filling: Heat a oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, coarsely crushed coriander seeds, turmeric powder & saute for 20 sec. Now add onion & salt and cook for 7-8 minutes. Add Red chilli powder, lemon juice & kasoori methi, saute for 2-3 minutes & keep this mixture aside.
- Assemble: Take a half cooked chapatti & cut into 2 half circle. Stuff Onion masala into the half circle by using corn flour slurry to fold the samosa. Deep fry the samosa on medium heat oil until golden brown. Serve with any chutney or ketchup.
