Ingredients

  • Pasta boiled 200 gms
  • Cucumbers 2 nos
  • Tomatoes 2 nos
  • Onions 1
  • Olives 20 gms
  • Bell peppers 2 nos
  • Mushrooms 100 gms
  • Cheddar cheese 100 gms
  • Avocado 1 nos
  • Olive oil 60 ml
  • White Vinegar 3 tbsp
  • Melted cheddar Cheese 3 tbsp
  • Garlic minced 9-10 cloves
  • Mayo 1 tbsp
  • Oregano 1 Tsp
  • Dried Basil 1 tsp
  • Dried Parsley 1 Tsp
  • Dried thyme 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Pepper crushed 1 tbsp

Instructions

  • Make the salad Dressing by adding Olive oil, vinegar, melted cheese, Minced Garlic, mayo, oregano, basil, thyme, parsley, salt and Pepper in a glass Jar. Shake the jar well until everything is combined and let it rest.
  • Add the pasta on a salad bowl or plate and one by one add the chopped cucumber, chopped tomatoes, chopped onions, olives, Roasted Bell peppers, roasted mushrooms, grated Cheddar cheese and Chopped Avocado on top of it.
  • Shake well and drizzle the salad Dressing all over the salad and give it a generous mix and serve.

Notes/Tips

You can change the quantity of the ingredients as per your choice or requirement. You are also free to mix and match its ingredients according to your choice. Non veg versions of this pasta can replace the mushrooms with cooked chicken strips/Salami or Add additional cooked Chicken/Salami or any meat of your choice.
