  • Hung curd 5 cups
  • Cardamom powder 1 teaspoon (you can adjust this accordingly)
  • Condensed milk/ sugar Condensed milk- 3/4th cup or sugar- 1/2 cup
  • Soaked saffron strands 10-12
  • Oil 2 tablespoon
  • Water 1 tablespoons
  • Flour 2 Teaspoon
  • Rose essence (opt) Few drops

Instructions

  • Our last and final step is presenting it fill the prepared shrikhand in bowls of your choice top it with dry fruits and place the Jaali on top of it. Happy Cooking!
