- Pre-heat the oven at 180 deg.C., Keep ready Tin with butter paper.
- Take maida ,backing powder, Backing soda , Cocoa powder and pass through sieve 2-3 Times, add butter , essense ,milkmaid and mix it .
- Pour water slowly as require to mixture smooth and you get desire consistancy.
- Pour batter in tin 10 min. At 180 Deg. C and then reduce temperature 170 Deg.C and Bake further for 20-25 min. Till cake ready and done.
- After that cut the same cake into round shape according to Jar shape and put same piece into the jar first.
- After that , make one layer of wipe cream and dark chocolate.
- Same way prepare two layer of cake and cream in jar also add cherry at the top , close the Jar with cover, finishing with red ribbon and serve it.
