Ingredients

  • Paneer 400 grams
  • Condensed milk 1/4 cup
  • Cardomon powder 1/4 tablespoon
  • Milk powder for coating

Instructions

  • Paneer cut into pieces and transfer into jar and grind the paste transfer into plate
  • Divide into equal parts keep one half side start to mash other self mash for 3 4 minute transfer the paneer into the pan cook on low flame
  • Add condensed milk mix until everything is well combined cook until the mixture thickens turn of the flame and let it cool for a while
  • Take other half paneer mix add cooked paneer mix add cardomon powder and combine well prepare a log cut and divided into small piece take 1 part and prepare a ball
  • Take milk powder coat with milk powder on all sides

Notes/Tips

Don't over cook the paneer and condensed milk mixture otherwise they will from lumps
