Ingredients

  • Flour (maida) 240 g
  • Salt 2 tsp
  • Ghee 6 tsp
  • Water 1l
  • Boiled potatoes 6
  • Refined oil 4 tsp
  • Red chilli 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Dry Mango powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Onion powder 2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves
  • Corn 1 g

Instructions

  • Take a flour in bowl and salt.
  • Add water and ghee to make dough.Don't make dough too soft or too hard. Keep aside dough for 1 hr maximum nd 15 minutes minimum.
  • Mash potatoes in bowl.
  • Add oil in pan and all other ingredients ( salt, chilli, turmeric powder, garam masala, cumin powder,dry Mango powder, onion powder). Just little bit fry.
  • In a pan now add mashed potatoes, boiled corns and ginger garlic paste.
  • Take a little portion of dough and flatten it with your fingers. Spread coriander leaves on dough.
  • Add stuffing on the dough.Remember, bring the edges of the dough together and join them at the center.
  • Place/ put Kachori dough in appam pan.
  • Enjoy appam kachori with coriander chutney or Tomato chutney or imli chutney.
