- Take a flour in bowl and salt.
- Add water and ghee to make dough.Don't make dough too soft or too hard. Keep aside dough for 1 hr maximum nd 15 minutes minimum.
- Mash potatoes in bowl.
- Add oil in pan and all other ingredients ( salt, chilli, turmeric powder, garam masala, cumin powder,dry Mango powder, onion powder). Just little bit fry.
- In a pan now add mashed potatoes, boiled corns and ginger garlic paste.
- Take a little portion of dough and flatten it with your fingers. Spread coriander leaves on dough.
- Add stuffing on the dough.Remember, bring the edges of the dough together and join them at the center.
- Place/ put Kachori dough in appam pan.
- Enjoy appam kachori with coriander chutney or Tomato chutney or imli chutney.
