- 1. Dry roast the spices and then mix it in the blender.
- 2. Add the cumin , onions , ginger garlic paste and saute them for around 5-7 mins .
- 3. Then add the turmeric , coriander powder, garam masala, sambhar masala.
- 4. After a while , add the tomato puree and cook it for atleast 7-8 mins.
- 5. Till the time , on another pan stir fry all the veggies for 2-3 mins .
- 6. Add the roasted masala in the veggies and coat them properly .
- 7. Lastly combine the veggies into the gravy and mix softly .
