- Wash chana , soak in water overnight for 12 hours , strain it .
- Take a pressure cooker , add chana & salt . Now add 1.5 cup water , place the lid , give 6 whistles on high flame . Turn off the flame , allow it to depressurise naturally .
- Take a wok or deep bottom pan , add 1 tsp oil , heat it . Add hing & zeera , let it splutter .
- Transfer boiled chana along with water into the wok or pan . Let it boil .
- Add in red chilli powder & garam masala powder , mix it well .
- Cook it until dry .
- Take out in a bowl . Garnish it with green chilli chopped , onion chopped & dhania patta chopped .
- All cooking has been done on high flame . A very healthy dish for breakfast..
