- Soak the dried Kalachana overnight
- Drain the water and cook in pressure cooker with 4 cups of water for 10mins or 3-4 whistles until it cooked
- In the meantime wash n peel the carrot , tomato, cucumber , onion, coriander, mint , raddish leaves, green chilli
- Transfere the boiled Chana into a bowl and set aside Mix all the chopped ingredients n mix well
- Add cumin powder, pink salt , pepper powder n mix well
- * Toss gently to mix well being * Garnish with chopped coriander, mint, raddish leaves
- * Add fruits ( berries , papaya I used) U can add seasonal fruits as ur choice * At last squeeze lemon n have the yummy healthy plate
