  • Kale 1 bundle
  • Olive Oil 2 tbsp
  • Sea salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180*C. Rinse thoroughly and dry kale, then tear into small pieces and discard any large stems. In a large bowl, add the kale, oil and seasonings. Use your hands to distribute the oil and seasoning evenly.
  • Spread the kale over a large baking sheet. To help them crisp, make sure the kale does not overlap each other and do not touch each other. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Turn them after 10 minutes. Watch closely as it can burn easily.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool. Chips will crisp up even more once out of the oven. They taste the best when fresh. Enjoy immediately!
