- Prepare the stuffing: Take a Kadai, put 3 tbsp. oil, add onion and sauté, add capsicum, carrot, tomato, corn. Add salt to taste. Add pizza sauce, oregano, chilli powder, stir well and cover with lid for 2-3 mts. Put off flame.
- Katori making: Roll bread slices with rolling pin, Use a sharp edge katori & press, Place round pieces aside, Slit the round pieces, Apply milk on rear & inside of alternate slit, Roll the slit bread slice into a Katori by overlapping the slits
- Katori Pizza making: Keep an Appe Pan on the gas stove and light the gas. grease the portions with butter and leave 3 portions non greased. Place the bread cones in the greased portions, add the stuffing, add cheese.
- Put 3 tsp of water in the non greased portions and cover the appe pan with a lid for 2-3 mts. Your KATORI PIZZA is ready to serve. Garnish with Bhujia/Sev and coriander leaves.
