Ingredients

  • Digestive biscuits 2 cups
  • Butter 1/2 cup
  • Milk 1/4 cup
  • Hung curd 3 cups
  • Powdered Sugar 1 cup
  • Saffron 1 tsp
  • Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • Kiwi sliced
  • Orange sliced
  • Pomogrante seeds

Instructions

  • Hung curd overnight . Add powdered sugar - saffron and cardamom powder . Refrigerate for 1 hour
  • Crush digestive biscuits in to powder . Add butter and milk . Make crumbly Dough Press on a removable pie tray and spread evenly on a pie dish . Prick fork to bake evenly Bake on 180 degrees for 15 minutes Cool it completely
  • Spread hung curd on a baked Pie Decorate with sliced fruits of your choice You can also add oats - chia seeds

Notes/Tips
