Ingredients

  • Besan/ gram flour ½ kg
  • Sugar ½ kg
  • Maida/ all purpose flour 1 kg
  • Desi ghee 2 tbsp
  • Doodh/ milk 1 cup
  • Choti Elaichi powder/ small Cardamom powder From 4-5
  • Dal Chini powder/ Cinnamon powder From ½ inch
  • Refine For frying purpose

Instructions

  • First put the gram Flour (besan) in the pan and fry it till it becomes brown.
  • Turn off the gas when there is a slight fragrance from the gram flour
  • After cooling add powdered sugar, desi ghee, cardamom powder, cinnamon powder and make small balls from the mixture of gram flour with cold milk and keep aside.
  • Now take ½ kg maida in another bowl, put 4 tablespoons of refine in it, after that Take all purpose flour and Refine and mix it with Hand
  • Add soft flour to water and make a soft dough. Then make small balls from It.
  • Put gram flour balls in the flour dough and roll it into small Pooris. Make 10-12 holes in the center of The puri
  • Now heat the pan on the gas, put refine in it. Heat the refine on high flame, Then reduce the flame to Low.
  • fry the poori till it turns golden Brown and enjoy as you wish😊

You can store this khadpudi for about 1 month........
