Ingredients

  • Refined flour 1 cup cup
  • Oil 250 mililitres
  • Sugar 1 cup

Instructions

  • Mix 2 spoon oil in refined flour
  • Mix them gently and make a soft dough with the help of water
  • Rest the dough for 15 minutes
  • Make the sugar strap of 1 tar
  • Make 5 thin chapaties of dough of same size
  • Put 1 chapati ...spred 2..3 drops of oil on chapati and sprinkle some flour
  • Put one by one chapati simultaneously put oil and sprinkle flour
  • Roll it tightly
  • Cut into half inch pieces
  • Press it and spread it with rolling pin
  • Fry them on a slow flame
  • After frying dip it into sugar syrap
  • Sprinkle some dryfruits or coconut powder

Add kesar in sugar syrap if u ďesired
