- Mix 2 spoon oil in refined flour
- Mix them gently and make a soft dough with the help of water
- Rest the dough for 15 minutes
- Make the sugar strap of 1 tar
- Make 5 thin chapaties of dough of same size
- Put 1 chapati ...spred 2..3 drops of oil on chapati and sprinkle some flour
- Put one by one chapati simultaneously put oil and sprinkle flour
- Roll it tightly
- Cut into half inch pieces
- Press it and spread it with rolling pin
- Fry them on a slow flame
- After frying dip it into sugar syrap
- Sprinkle some dryfruits or coconut powder
