  • Coriander leaves As required
  • Besan 3/4 cups
  • Paste-ginger, garlic, green chilly, jeera As required
  • Tumeric powder 3 tsp
  • Salt as taste
  • Oil for deep frying

Instructions

  • Mixing-In A Bowl Take Besan, Coriander Leaves, tumeric powder, salt And ( ginger, garlic, green chilly, jeera Paste)
  • Make Shape, Steaming and frying-Make the dough and roll the dough in to cylinderical Shape. Then steam it for 20 minutes. Lastly, cut the steamed roll into small circle pieces and deep fry

Notes/Tips

Tip 1) Add hing powder for taste. 2) Shape the dough into cylinderical or square shape for steaming and frying.
