Ingredients

  • Sabka seeds/ chia seeds 2 tsp
  • Lemon
  • Sugar 2tsp
  • Green chillies
  • Salt A pinch
  • Water

Instructions

  • Soak the sabha seeds/ chia seeds in warm water for 5 minutes.
  • Cut a small slice of lemon and slit a green chilli.
  • For assembling, take a glass and first add lemon slice.
  • Now add salt, lemon juice, sugar, sabja seeds / chia seeds, slit chilli, ice cubes, mint leaves one by one.
  • Now add some water and make sure some space is left to brim it.
  • Now take another glass and seal the sharbat glass and gently shake it.
  • Kulukki is ready to serve.
