- Soak the sabha seeds/ chia seeds in warm water for 5 minutes.
- Cut a small slice of lemon and slit a green chilli.
- For assembling, take a glass and first add lemon slice.
- Now add salt, lemon juice, sugar, sabja seeds / chia seeds, slit chilli, ice cubes, mint leaves one by one.
- Now add some water and make sure some space is left to brim it.
- Now take another glass and seal the sharbat glass and gently shake it.
- Kulukki is ready to serve.
