- stuffing: Mix all the chopped vegetables in a bowl – except for mashed potato. Add salt to taste and give a gentle stir. Apply generous quantity of butter on the bread slice. Apply the Coriander + Mint chutni
- Prepare: Place small quantity of the mixed veg on the slice. Place some mashed potatoes. Garnish with Oregano or Mixed herbs. Apply butter on another bread slice and place it on the above slice. Give it a gentle press. Place it in the grill.
- serve: It takes just 40 secs to get grilled. Serve hot with any ketchup/sauce, veg-mayonnaise or anything as per your liking.
