Ingredients

  • Whole wheat bread 1 pkt
  • Finely chopped tomatoes 3
  • finely chopped capsicum 2
  • Finely chopped onion 2
  • Shredded carrot 2 nos
  • Fresh corn 1 cup
  • mashed potatoes 1 cup
  • Coriander & mint chutni 1 cup
  • butter - melted 1 cup
  • salt to taste
  • Chat powder or other seasoning optional

Instructions

  • stuffing: Mix all the chopped vegetables in a bowl – except for mashed potato. Add salt to taste and give a gentle stir. Apply generous quantity of butter on the bread slice. Apply the Coriander + Mint chutni
  • Prepare: Place small quantity of the mixed veg on the slice. Place some mashed potatoes. Garnish with Oregano or Mixed herbs. Apply butter on another bread slice and place it on the above slice. Give it a gentle press. Place it in the grill.
  • serve: It takes just 40 secs to get grilled. Serve hot with any ketchup/sauce, veg-mayonnaise or anything as per your liking.

Notes/Tips

Notes/Tips: do not add too much salt to the stuffing, else the vegetables will ooze out water and your sandwich will become soggy.
