Ingredients

  • Grated lauki 1 cup
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Khoya 1 cup
  • Cardamom powder 2 tea spoon
  • Ghee 1/4 cup
  • Dryfruits Garnishing

Instructions

  • Saute grated lauki in a ghee...add milk and sugar and let it burn watery part....once ghee release add cardamom powder,khoya ,mix well untill ghee.release. Garnish with saute dryfruits and serve and Enjoy!!

Notes/Tips

When u start first saute dryfruits for 2 minutes in a ghee...cook halwa on a medium flame.
