Ingredients

  • Rice 1 cup
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Urad dal 1 tsp
  • Chana Dal 1 tsp
  • Cashew handful
  • Raisins handful
  • Turmeric 1 pinch
  • Mixed vegetables 1 cup
  • Lemon 1

Instructions

  • Cook rice. Heat oil and add all other ingredients except for the lemon. Fry as appropriate. Mix stuff in pan with rice. Squeeze the lemon and add the juice to the rice.
