- Take refined wheat flour (Maida), add oil for moin , salt, water and knead the dough.
- Cover the dough and leave for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Take 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add garlic paste and saute for 2 minutes on medium flame.
- Add grated carrots, cabbage and capsicum and cook for 2-3 minutes on high flame.
- Add red chili sauce, soy sauce and give it a stir.
- Now add water and one packet of maggi noodles and let it boil till its throughly cooked.
- Let it cool.
- Take small dough (lemon size), roll it in round shape and fill it with Maggi stuffing in the center and close the dough from both sides.
- Repeat the same process and make similar shapes of momos.
- Grease the steamer pan with some oil.
- Arrange the momos in the pan and steam them for 8-10 minutes.
- Once the momos seem transparent and batter doesn't stick to your hands, it means they are cooked.
- Serve momos hot with garlic chutney.
