  • Maggie Masala-e-Magic 3 Sachets
  • Wheat Dalia 1/2 cup
  • Ghee 3 tablespoons
  • Potato 1 big
  • Tomato 2 big
  • Capsicum 1 big
  • Cabbage 1/2 cup
  • Sweet Corn 1/4 cup
  • Green Chillies 2 Sliced
  • Curry Leaves 8-10 Leaves
  • Hing (Asafoetida) 1/4 teaspoon
  • Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
  • Mustard seeds 1 teaspoon
  • Salt To taste
  • Turmeric Powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red Chilli Powder 1 teaspoon
  • Dry Mango Powder 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh Coriander For garnish
  • Water As required

Instructions

  • Chop all the vegetables roughly same size. Heat 1 tablespoon Ghee in a pressure cooker add the wheat daliya and roast for a minute now add little salt and 1 cup water and pressure cook it till 2 whistle.
  • In a large kadai heat 2 tablespoons Ghee and add green chilli, curry leaves, hing , cumin & mustard seeds and let it sizzle. Now add tomatoes and sauté it for a minute then add all the masalas and salt. Mix it and let it cook till masala looses oil.
  • Now add all the veggies and the Maggie Masala and let it cook at a low flame. Once almost done mix in the cooked Dalia and add 1 cup water (add more if required depending on how much liquid you want it to be) let it cook on a medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
  • Garnish with freshly chopped coriander and its ready to eat ! Who could have thought that Wheat Dalia can be as Tasty as Healthy. A simple twist with Maggie Masala-e-Magic makes quite a difference!

Notes/Tips

You can also make the whole dish directly in a pressure cooker. After sautéing the veggies add in the dalia with water and pressure cook it till 2 whistles then adjust with water & garnish with freshly chopped coriander! You can also add Green peas or any other veggies of your choice ?
