- Chop all the vegetables roughly same size. Heat 1 tablespoon Ghee in a pressure cooker add the wheat daliya and roast for a minute now add little salt and 1 cup water and pressure cook it till 2 whistle.
- In a large kadai heat 2 tablespoons Ghee and add green chilli, curry leaves, hing , cumin & mustard seeds and let it sizzle. Now add tomatoes and sauté it for a minute then add all the masalas and salt. Mix it and let it cook till masala looses oil.
- Now add all the veggies and the Maggie Masala and let it cook at a low flame. Once almost done mix in the cooked Dalia and add 1 cup water (add more if required depending on how much liquid you want it to be) let it cook on a medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
