- In a large kadai heat 1 tsp oil and splutter tempering
- Add tomato puree ginger garlic paste and saute untill oil leaves kadai
- Add cooked mashed dal and water and mix well to get proper dal like consistency
- Also add turmeric powder salt chilly powder coriander cumin powder garam masala Maggie masala e magic lemon juice jaggery precooked peanuts etc and let it come to boil combining all
- Side by side make dough from atta and gram flour knead it well by adding pre cooked Maggie noodles masala roll big chapati from prepared dough and cut same size diamond or square shaped dhoklis pieces.
- Once dal comes to boil drop into it dhokli pieces and give it a good mix cover and boil it for 10-15 min untill Maggie noodle dhoklis are cooked completely.
- Finally add 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and transfer dal dhokli to serving pan or plate and garnish it with some mint chutney, some Maggie hot and sweet sauce sprinkle some Maggie masala e magic for extra flavour and serve hot and enjoy
