  • Milk 2 litre
  • Sugar
  • Corn Flour
  • Dry fruits and grinded coconut

Instructions

  • Boil the milk with sugar until the malai is ready. And then prepare the sugar syrup then half of malai take into a pot and add 2.5 table spoon of corn flour. Add some cardamom into the malai and sugar syrup. In a bowl garnish with toast. In the top of toast spread some sugar syrup and malai add some grinded coconut. Then put another layer of toast and in same way spread some sugar syrup and malai in the top of it. Finally garnish it with dry fruits and grinded coconut. Now it is ready to serve.
