Ingredients

  • Milk 1 ltr
  • Suger To taste
  • Mawa 1/4 cup
  • Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • Malai (optional) 2 tbsp
  • Chopped dry fruits 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • Step 1 : Take milk in a pan and boil it than Cook it on medium to low flame until reduced to half.
  • Step 2 : Now add sugar mix it then add crumble mawa , malai mix and Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Step 3 : Now add cardamom powder, chopped dry fruits mix it well.
  • Step 4 : Now turn off the gas after cooling it put this mixture in the kulfi moulds and keep it in the freezer for 8 hours or over night.

Notes/Tips

*Keep stirring milk in between. *Malai is optional but it gives creamy texture to the kulfi. *Any dry fruits can be added. *Can add saffron also. *Can add milk powder instead of mawa. *Freeze kulfi at least for 8 hours but for better result keep it over night.
