- Step 1 : Take milk in a pan and boil it than Cook it on medium to low flame until reduced to half.
- Step 2 : Now add sugar mix it then add crumble mawa , malai mix and Cook for 5 minutes.
- Step 3 : Now add cardamom powder, chopped dry fruits mix it well.
- Step 4 : Now turn off the gas after cooling it put this mixture in the kulfi moulds and keep it in the freezer for 8 hours or over night.
