Ingredients

  • Left over roti/chapati 2 to 3
  • Sugar 1/4th cup
  • Oil 1 and 1/2 tablespoon
  • Elaichi 2
  • Butter or ghee As per taste for garnishing

Instructions

  • Take roti, break into medium pieces and keep aside
  • Now in a heated wok, add oil and let it heat
  • Once hot, put crushed elaichi followed by roti pieces.
  • Mix well and let rotis become little crispy
  • Now add sugar and saute well.
  • Garnish with butter/ ghee and serve hot

Notes/Tips

Do not melt sugar completely. The crystals makes the dish more crispy and delicious
